Delete a travel agent

Travel agents are used with the travel agent module. Travel agents will stay in the system until you manually delete the travel agent account.

Follow the next steps to delete a travel agent:

  1. Choose Travel agents from the Financial menu. Then choose Travel agents again.

  2. A list with defined travel agents appears.

  3. Select the travel agent you would like to delete.

  4. Choose Delete. Only the travel agent definition will be removed from the system, the address file will not be deleted.

Note.Travel agents can only be deleted if there are no stays and no cheques left in Brilliant. If you try to delete a travel agent with stays or cheques, a warning message will appear.
