Loyalty Program Members

The loyalty program member number and level, as well as the frequent flyer type and number of the guests preferred alliance program can be specified in the guests contact details. This information is also displayed on the Main tab page of each reservation.

How to get here?

There are several ways to reach the contact details:

• From the reservation list

  • Choose Reservations from the Reservations menu or press [F7].

  • Search the reservation for the contact who's details you would like to review.

  • Right click the reservation and choose Contact.

  • • Choose Main Guest to retrieve the contact details of the main guest, or

    • Choose Guest List to retrieve a list of all guest names. Then select a name and choose [Edit] to retrieve the contact corresponding contact details.

  • The loyalty member number, frequent flyer type and frequent flyer number fields are available on the Reservation tab page.

• From within a reservation

  • Choose Reservations from the Reservations menu or press [F7].

  • Search the reservation for the contact who's details you would like to review.

  • Choose [Edit], the loyalty member number and frequent flyer details are displayed on the Main tab page of the reservation.

  To change or enter the details

  • Activate the contact box of the guest and choose to retrieve the contact details.

  • The member number, frequent flyer type and frequent flyer number fields are available on the Reservation tab page.

• From the contact menu

  • Choose Contacts from the Contacts menu.

  • Search for an existing contact and choose [Edit] or create a [New] contact.

  • The loyalty member number, frequent flyer type and frequent flyer number fields are available on the Reservation tab page.

Loyalty program members - who are also members of a partner airline frequent-flyer club - may choose to earn miles instead of points for every qualifying stay. The guests preferred frequent flyer details are displayed for your information only, you cannot change this setting from within Brilliant. To earn miles instead of point, your guest must update his or her member profile by contacting the IHG Rewards Service Centre.
