Amadeus - PMPRO , Amadeus - PMPRO POS+ and all interfaces require the Amadeus - PMPRO Common Runtime files to be installed in the computer on which the software is being used. There are different versions of the Amadeus - PMPRO Common Runtime file. The version you need to install depends on the version of PMPRO that is currently installed.
During installation of Amadeus - PMPRO , the Amadeus - PMPRO Common Runtime setup files is saved into the \Amadeus\Setups (or Brilliant\Setups) folder on your server. If you cannot find the setup file you can downloaded it via the links provided below. After downloading, please extract the setup file from the downloaded .zip archive and save the setup into the \Amadeus\Setups (or Brilliant\Setups) folder on your server to avoid having to download it again.

Login to Windows as an Administrator.
Start the Amadeus - PMPRO Common Runtime setup file and follow the provided instructions.
When asked if you would like to install the runtime for the current user or all users, choose all users.
If you use Amadeus - PMPRO version 10.1.112L or newer you also need to installed the Amadeus - PMPRO PDF driver.
Login to Windows as an Administrator.
Open the \Brilliant\Setup\PDF Driver folder.
Start the Install.exe setup file and follow the provided instructions
Open the Windows Control Panel.
Depending on the Windows version, go to

Programs and Features
Add or Remove Programs
Select the Amadeus - PMPRO Common Runtime in the list of installed programs. This allows you to see the currently installed version.
Uninstall when needed, then install the version that is required by the Amadeus - PMPRO version you are using.
