Group Change Rules

If you change the reservation of an individual group member, the system will ask if you would like to apply the change to the entire group. In other words, if you allow the system to automatically make the same change to all other reservations of the same group. If the changes will be applied to the entire group depends on group change rules.

Main rule

The first and most important rule is that all fields in a member reservation will be compared with the change that was made. The member reservation is only updated if the original field value of both reservations were the same. The following example will explain this:
