House accounts can be created for permanent
accounts.
Advantage: They don't have to be checked in or checked out.
Disadvantage: The postings stay forever in post.dbf as the account is always
active. If this account is used for tens of thousands of postings it may
slow down the system. In that case it is better to make a reservation
for a dummy room.
Choose
House Accounts from the Setup ยป Financial menu.
