Mailing codes can be used to make a selection from all contacts when you create a mailing. Examples of mailing codes are 'Regular Guests', 'Christmas Mailing' and 'Birthday'. Up to five mailing codes can be specified for each contact.
Choose
Mailing Codes from the Setup » Contacts menu.

mailing codes can be printed from the Reports » System menu.
Do
NOT change the code once the code has already been used. This
will have the same effect as deleting a mailing code, as explained
above.
