Denial reasons are used to register reservation requests that did not result in an actual reservation. Registered denials may be printed at any time, allowing your sales & marketing department to trace missed opportunities. Examples are Fully booked and Too expensive.
Choose Denial Reasons from the Setup » Reservations menu.

Code |
A numeric or alpha numeric code of up to 3 characters. The code is used to enter reservation requests that did not result in an actual reservation.
Add a "miscellaneous" reason to be able to register denials for which no reason was not configured |

A description of up to 25 characters that can be entered in multiple languages. The description can be printed on reports. |
OK |
Choose [OK] to save the entered denial description. |
Cancel |
Choose [Cancel] to close the window without saving the entered details. |
