In Amadeus - PMPRO you do not have to specify user rights for each individual user. User rights are specified for a group of users and each user belongs to a user group. The user receives the user rights of his own user group. Default user groups are Manager, Everyone and Supervisor. Supervisor is used by Amadeus - PMPRO employees and should not be confused with hotel supervisors.
Choose User Rights from the Setup ยป Users menu.
