Main groups are used to make a distinction between the different revenues. The report 'Article total' of Amadeus - PM PRO | POS+ is sorted by main groups. Main groups a supposed to give you a distinct oversight of the revenue - spreadsheet or graphical - and optionally can be exported to Excel.

Number of the main group. We recommend to use the number of the main group as the first figure of the numbers of the subgroups belonging to it. The maximum amount of defined main groups is 9.
