The GDPR function
is used to comply to the Guest
Data Protection
Regulation of the European Union.
This is a help only, the compliance is completely in the responsibility
the property. Amadeus does not take any responsibility in adherence to
these rules.
Choose Preferences from the Setup menu. Then open the GDPR tab page.
Since the 25th of May 2018 the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) laws of the European Union take effect, the automatic purge is executed with every Night Audit according to the setting in the Preferences.
To start another manual purge you will have to enable the setting in Preferences. This can only be done by Amadeus - PMPRO Support.
