Log a case directly in the Online Support Portal or contact your vendor by phone or email.
Whenever you contact log a case your vendor's support department by phone, fax or email:
State the property ID (if applicable), hotel name, phone and fax number or email address. Also indicate the contact person to reply to.
In case of error messages, always state the full error message including the error number, if present. We prefer however, to receive a screen print of the error. To create a screen print, press the Print scrn key on your key board. Then start Microsoft Word and press Ctrl+V or choose Paste from the Edit menu. This will paste the screen print in the Word document, allowing you to email or print and fax the error message.
In case you have queries about reports, always enclose a sample of the report indicating the nature of the issue.
