When the interface is running, you will see a blue Amadeus interface icon next to the time in the Windows system tray of the computer where the interface is installed. This is usually on the file server:
Follow the next steps to shut down the interface:
On the computer where the interface is running
Click on the Exit button
Enter your Amadeus - PMPRO user name and password to confirm (sufficient user rights required)
The interface will shut down
The
interface should be running at all times. When the interface is not running
there will be no communication with IHG CRS due to which you will no longer
receive new or changed reservations and rates from IHG CRS. Only shut
down the interface when a support employee instructs you to do so.
