Batches

This menu contains all configured batches. A batch contains multiple reports which will al be printed when you print the batch.

How to get here?

• Choose Batches from the Reports menu.

• Select the batch you would like to print, then choose [Start] or [Send].

• Close

  Will close this screen

• Start

  Will start to print out this batch of reports

• Send

  Will start to create a PDF-file from this batch of reports and attach it to a new email.

  Depending on the setting of the batch it can create separate PDF-files per report, too.
