Custom reports are not part of a standard installation. If Amadeus - PMPRO does not supply the report you are looking for, you can order a custom report or create your own report. Please take note of the following, before you order a custom report:
Please describe the report you would like to order as much as possible. The support department can assist you to describe the report. Please think of the following:
First check existing reports and see if there are reports available that meet your needs. If such a report is not available, check if there is a report available that looks more or less like the report you need. Also check if a combination of different existing reports would solve the problem. Inform your vendor about the reports you found.
Indicate to which purpose the report will be used.
Indicate if and which information you would like to be filtered out (e.g. arrival date range, room number, etc).
Indicate how information should be ordered (e.g. arrival date in ascending order)
Describe each field that must be printed on the report as much as possible. Examples:
Revenue: do you mean total revenue or room revenue only, gross revenue or net revenue...
Reservations: do you mean all reservations, or only room, conference or dummy reservations. Should that be definite reservations, optional reservations or cancelled reservations...
Weekend figures: which days are meant by weekend. Is that just Saturday and Sunday, or also Friday...
Indicate if and which subtotals or totals should be printed.
Provide a sample of the report, such as a print out of your previous Property Management System or a sample you created yourself (a simple drawing or created in Word or Excel).
Your report request will be analyzed by a Amadeus - PMPRO representative to see if the requested report can be created. A proposal will be sent after approval.
The following conditions apply to custom reports:
A custom specific report is guaranteed for the Amadeus - PMPRO version for which the report has been created. Unlike system reports, custom specific reports will not automatically be updated during a Amadeus - PMPRO update. Extra charges may apply in case a custom specific report needs to be changed after an update in order to work in a proper way.
The custom specific report will be maintained in future versions only in case Amadeus - PMPRO decides to add the custom report - that originally was created for you - to the system report set.
Custom reports will be installed within a maximum of 6 weeks after Amadeus - PMPRO has received an approved purchase order. If you require extra changes during the development of the report, the installation may be delayed and extra charges may apply.
Before the definite installation of the report you will receive an example, which will need to be approved. Extra charges may apply if the report needs to be changed after approval and definite installation.
