Member Levels

Member levels can be set up for your guest loyalty program. The IHG reward member number and level can be specified in the guests contact details.

Choose Member Levels from the Setup » Contacts menu.

Item	Description
Description of the available options
New	Click this button to add a new record
Edit	Click this button to change the details of the selected record.
Delete	Click this button to delete the selected record. Note that you cannot delete a record that is in use.

Code	A unique numeric or alpha-numeric code of up to 3 characters. The following IHG CRSIHG rewards member levels are loaded into the system automatically during installation. P: Club G: Gold Elite T: Platinum Elite S: Spire Elite
Description	A description of up to 25 characters that can be entered in multiple languages. The description is used to select a member level in a contact profile.
