A conference status is used to indicated the setup of a conference room, e.g. theatre, class room, etc. When you create a conference reservation, you can select one of the conference statuses you have defined here.
From PMPRO version 10.2 you can specify the maximum number of persons that can occupy a conference room depending on the room choosen and the selected conference status. Set up per room room number Capacity section.
