Menu's are predefined text entries which can automatically be copied to the note field of a reserved banqueting item. After copying, you are of course still able to make minor changes according to the guest's wishes. Although this option is originally intended to provide an actual menu description, you can also use it to predefine frequently used sentences that are normally written in the conference planning, such as "Arrival, registration and welcome...".

A note field of unlimited size in which you can enter the predefined text. The text you enter here will be copied to the reservation when you add the menu to the banqueting details. Note that changing the text does not affect the text that has been copied into existing reservations. |
