Solving IHG CRS Log Errors

In the event Amadeus - PMPRO is unable to correctly process incoming IHG CRS reservations, the reservation message will be added to the CRS log with an error flag. This allows you to solve the source of the problem and reprocess the reservation message.

Note Incoming reservation are always added to the reservation list, even when Amadeus PMPROwas unable to correctly process it's details.
