Reservation Features

The features tab page in the reservation details window contains additional services that have been requested.

How to get here?

Press F7 on your keyboard or choose the Query Reservations option from the Reservations menu.
Search for a reservation and click the Edit button.
Activate the Features tab page.

Field description

The features tab page in the reservation details, contains the following information.

Room Features: select up to three room features for this reservation

The features section provides three drop down fields to specify room feature requests such as a request for a smoking or non smoking room, a balcony, a room close to the elevator etc. The feature fields are for local use only, they are not being populated by reservations received from IHG CRS.
CRS Service Codes: Service request codes from IHG CRS (display only)
The CRS Service Codes section is used for service requests received from IHG CRS. Service requests may be displayed in black or bleu.
- Black: the received service request has also been configured as a feature in Amadeus - PMPRO and will be used when you assign a room to the reservation.
- Blue: the received service request is not configured as a feature in Amadeus - PMPRO and is ignored when you assign a room the reservation.
Amadeus - PMPRO does not allow you to add service requests, you should use specify features instead.
Request note: request from IHG CRS (display only)

The request note is used for free form service requests received from IHG CRS. Amadeus - PMPRO does not allow you to change the note.

Note. Reservations for your property can be booked by many different people through various distribution channels, such as IHG CRS, Internet, Global Distribution System etc. Details entered in the wrong fields will be downloaded accordingly, meaning that the request note may contain general reservation information, or that the reservation note contains service requests.
