Hide reports

Amadeus - PMPRO is shipped with a large number of system reports. To minimize the list of available reports in the report menu, you can hide the reports you do not like to use.

Steps to hide a report for all users

  1. Select Define Reports from the Setup » Reports menu.

  2. Select the report group in which the report you would like to hide is located and choose [OK].

  3. Select the report you would like to hide and choose [Edit].

  4. Place a check mark in the Hidden field.

  5. Choose [OK] to save the changes.

Steps to hide a report for specific users groups

  1. Select Define reports from the Setup » Reports menu.

  2. Select the report group in which the report you would like to hide is located and choose [OK].

  3. Select the report you would like to hide and choose [Edit].

  4. In the User Groups field, enter the name of the user groups who are allowed to see the report. Separate each user group with a comma. The report will be hidden for users who belong to a user group that is not listed.

  5. Choose [OK] to save the changes.
