Amadeus - PMPRO is shipped with a large number of system reports. To minimize the list of available reports in the report menu, you can hide the reports you do not like to use.
Select Define Reports from the Setup » Reports menu.
Select the report group in which the report you would like to hide is located and choose [OK].
Select the report you would like to hide and choose [Edit].
Place a check mark in the Hidden field.
Choose [OK] to save the changes.
Select Define reports from the Setup » Reports menu.
Select the report group in which the report you would like to hide is located and choose [OK].
Select the report you would like to hide and choose [Edit].
In the User Groups field, enter the name of the user groups who are allowed to see the report. Separate each user group with a comma. The report will be hidden for users who belong to a user group that is not listed.
Choose [OK] to save the changes.
