The Amadeus - PMPRO system includes several sample reports. A sample reports is a useful report lay out that may be customized for each property. Sample reports are located in the \pms\sample directory. The following sample reports are available:
Determine from the list above which files are needed for the sample report you would like to use. Two or three files are needed for each report, they have the same name but a different extension (.FRT .FRX and .DBF). Copy all files from the \pms\sample directory to the \pms\report directory.
Do not continue
copying files if the system asks you to overwrite existing files. The
message indicates that the sample report is already available in the destination
directory. If you continue copying, the existing report will be overwritten
with a sample report which may be different from the one you currently
use!
Choose Define Reports from the Setup ยป Reports menu.
Choose Bill Layout and click [OK].
If the report is not yet listed:
Choose [New] to add the report to the report list.
The edit report window appears.
Enter a report name in the Description field. Press the arrow down key on the key board to enter a description in multiple languages.
Enter 0 in the Report menu field.
Select Dialog as the Output option.
Enter the report file name in the Report field. The file name is the name of .FRX file you have copied in step 1. Example: bill1.frx.
Choose [OK] to save the changes.
If the report is listed:
Select the report and choose [Modify] to change the report lay-out.
