Purge Contacts

All contact details that are entered in Amadeus - PMPRO are saved in the database to enable you to use the same details again for future reservations. As the contact database increases in size however, you may want to delete incomplete contacts or contacts who are unlikely to return to your hotel (e.g. from group or transient business). This option enables you to remove multiple contact profiles from the system in one go, using different selection criteria.

Since the 25th of May 2018 the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) laws of the EU take effect, the automatic purge is executed with every Night Audit according to the setting in the Preferences.

To start another manual purge you will have to enable the setting in Preferences. This can be done only by Amadeus - PMPRO Support.

Tip. You can also manually delete contacts.
