This feature can be used to create actions for yourself or your colleagues. Actions can be stand-alone or linked to selected contacts or reservations. Actions can be printed off and will also pop-up automatically when (one of) the person(s) that are linked to the action logs on to Amadeus - PMPRO on the action date.
Select Actions from the Contacts menu.
Press [ALT] + [F5] on your keyboard.
In the contact list, select a contact and choose [Actions] from the context (right click) menu. The action you create will be linked to the selected contact profile.
In
the reservations
list, select a reservation and choose [Actions] from the context
(right click) menu. The action you create will be linked to the selected
reservation.

An action list can be printed via the Reports ยป Contacts menu.
