Amadeus - PMPRO is usually installed on the application or file server in your hotel network.
Make sure your server meets the system requirements.
Your system administrator must share the installation folder to provide access to Amadeus - PMPRO from a workstation.
Browse to the \Brilliant\Setups folder on your server and install the Amadeus - PMPRO Common Runtime files.
Create a shortcut to Amadeus - PMPRO onto the desktop of "all users".
The following Windows configuration is recommended on all workstations

User Rights |
All users must also have full access rights to the temporary files folder as specified in the Systems tab of the Preferences. |
Workstation Name |
Each work station must have a unique computer name. The name may not be longer then 15 characters. |
Date and Time |
Amadeus PMPRO saves the current workstation date and time in various transactions and log files. It is therefore required that each workstation has the same date and time settings":

Display Settings |
The display settings of your computer must be set to a minimum resolution of 1024x786. |
Drive mapping |
Drive mapping is not required, but in case you would like to create a drive mapping to the Amadeus - PMPRO installation directory on the file server you must make sure to use the same drive letter on each workstation. |
Printer |
Install the printer drivers for the printer that is connected to your computer. You may also use a network printer, provided that it is set as the default printer. |
Microsoft Office |
Microsoft Office (from version 2003) is optional to create confirmation letters with Microsoft Word. All workstations must run the same version of Microsoft Office. |
IHG Routing |
