Date |
Enter the date for which you would like to enter a wake up call. You can only specify a date that falls between the arrival and departure date.
IMPORTANT: Due to limitations of telephone systems the phone interface can only handle one future wake up call per room per day! |
Time |
Enter the time for the wake up call in a 24 hour clock format. PBX systems commonly use a wake up time of 00:00 to cancel a previously entered wake up time. To schedule a midnight wake up call, you should therefor enter 23:59 or 00:01. |
Choose the Wake up calls option in the In house menu.
Remove the date and enter (part of) the group name into the group field
Click onto [New]
A
list of the group members is displayed
Select the group members
Double
click onto any selected member
Enter
date & time and save with [OK]
The newly entered wake up calls are displayed
To process wake up calls at the correct time,
it is important that the time of the PABX system and
the time of the computer on which the PABX interface is installed, are
correct !!!
Some PABX systems use a variance of e.g. plus or minus 15 minutes to perform
the wake up call. A wake up request set for 7.00 o'clock can therefor
be performed between 6.45 and 7.15 hours. Contact your PABX vendor for
more details.
IMPORTANT: Don't forget the daylight saving time change. Most window computers (that is the computer on which the interface is installed) will automatically change the time, but this should be done manually for most PABX systems !!! Contact your PABX vendor for more details.
