Banqueting Item Groups

Banqueting categories, subcategories and item groups are used to logically group banqueting items together, allowing you to easily drill down to find the items you would like to add to the banqueting section of a conference reservation.

Banqueting Item Groups form the last level of grouping banqueting items. Each banqueting item group is therefore linked to a banqueting subcategory (which in it's turn is linked to a banqueting category). For example, if the category beverage contains a subcategory Wine, then the subcategory wine could contain white wine and red wine. How to get here?

Choose Banqueting Item Groups from the Setup » Conference menu.

Item	Description
Description of the available options
Search	Click this button to search for a record that meets the entered criteria.
Close	Click this button to close the window.
Edit	Click this button to change the details of the selected record.
New	Click this button to add a new record.
Delete	Click this button to delete the selected record. Note that you cannot delete a record that is in use.
Restore Columns	Right click in the list and choose this option from the menu to restore the column order and size to the default settings.

Description	A description of up to 50 characters that can be entered in multiple languages.
Subcategory	Specifies the subcategory to which the item group is linked to.
Sequence	The sequence determines the order in which the item groups are being displayed.
