Banqueting categories, subcategories and item groups are used to logically group banqueting items together, allowing you to easily drill down to find the items you would like to add to the banqueting section of a conference reservation.
Banqueting Item Groups form the last level of grouping banqueting items. Each banqueting item group is therefore linked to a banqueting subcategory (which in it's turn is linked to a banqueting category). For example, if the category beverage contains a subcategory Wine, then the subcategory wine could contain white wine and red wine.
