PMPRO allows you to assign features, also called 'special requests' to a reservation. There are two types of features:
Room feature: this is a room related special request such as smoking or non smoking room, room with a balcony, room with handicap facilities etc. The features that are assigned to a reservation are validated when you assign a room to that reservation, allowing you to select a room that meets the requested features.
Non room related requests: this type is used for general requests which do not relate to specific rooms. Examples are requests for a crib or rollaway bed, a written confirmation, a late check-out, extra towels, feather pillow etc.

CRS Service Code |
Use this field to link IHG CRS service codes to PMPRO features. Use this when for example the code for the 'City View' feature in PMPRO is CTY, while the equivalent IHG CRS service code is CV.
