Amadeus - PMPRO automatically updates the room type and rate code availability when you create, edit or cancel (group) reservations. In the following situations however you need to manually update the availability:
if you have created or deleted room type(s).
if you have created or deleted room numbers.
if you have created or deleted allotments.
if you notice any incorrect figures in the availability. Incorrect availability figures may occur after a power failure, incorrect use of the system (such as switching off a computer without exiting Amadeus - PMPRO first) or incorrect termination of the program.
Choose Re-build Availability from the Tools menu.
Press [F11] on your keyboard.

Check if the option 'Re-build availability tables' is ticked, then choose [Start] to re-build the availability. A window appears indicating that the availability is being re-built. This may take several minutes depending on the number of defined rooms and room types, existing allotments, existing reservations, the number of days to build the availability for (as specified in the Reservation Preferences) and your computer and network configuration. The window closes after the availability has been re-built and you will be asked to log on to Amadeus - PMPRO again. All users must log off before you can re-build the availability. The availability is updated automatically when you perform a database maintenance. |
